NanoBio Designs, Inc. contractes for CEO services to develop and implement its business model, pilot program launch strategies, and capitalize to commercialize its novel genetic detection platform. Co-located in Iowa and Indiana, over $500,000 in seed capital was raised by KAdvise Solutions through The Emerge Foundation, Iowa Economic Development Authority, and Midwest angel investors. Follow-on investments totaling $160,000 by the Purdue University Foundry and Research Foundation and Elevate Ventures led to relocating its HQ to Indianapolis, where NBD was named the 2022 Indiana Innovative Small Business of the Year by the Indiana Small Business Development Center.

​Storm Initiatives Institute contracts for Executive Director services to provide startup ventures access to programming offered in a collaboration of Simpson College's entrepreneurial center, LaunchPad65 Carver Connections, and startup capital ecosystem through The Emerge Foundation. KAdvise Solutions co-founded the foundation, raising $300,000 for its startup funding and administers its operatations.
