Kielkopf Advisory Services co-founded and co-manages the Community Broadband Action Network and CBAN Solutions in developing and implementing programs meeting identified community needs and provide solutions to broadband access issues. This includes being the Program Manager for a multi-year grant-funded contract with the National Digital Inclusion Alliance.
NanoBio Designs, Inc. contractes for CEO services to develop and implement its business model, strategy implementation plan, and successful capitalize.  Recently named the 2022 Indiana Innovative Small Business of the Year by the Indiana Small Business Development Center
​The Emerge Foundation,  a 501(c)3 Private Operating Foundation, contracts for Executive Director services, provided qualifying ventures access to startup programming offered through EMERGE@Simpson College, mentoring, and startup capital. Its Carver Connections program provided access to LaunchPad65 and to others throughout the region's entrepreneurial ecosystem.

  • Launched retail Fiber-to-the-Premise broadband service in a public/private partnership as Indianola, IA Municipal Electric, Water, and Telecom Utility General Manager (2007-2015).  
  • ​Co-managed a community proposal for a $13 million YMCA with a commercial property development; approved by voters.
  • ​Managed $30+ million annual cash flows and WAN/LAN systems as a public-sector and nonprofit CFO and CTO (1995-2007).  
  • Co-managed a successful $22 million expansion of the Daniel Boone Regional Library.
