Organizational development is co-dependent on leadership development. Both leaders and organizational culture have to recognize and leverage stakeholders' diverse viewpoints. Taking action (or not) within a startup or innovation team oftentimes is rooted in inherent conflicts due to either/or thinking being the predominate mindset. The attached article provides insights and the .pdf slides demonstrate use of a framework taught in an EMERGE@Simpson class at Simpson College.
