Oftentimes, organizational value is not being maximized due to those with predominate poles not seeing the individual value derived from the perspective of the opposite pole. We teach this same concept in an EMERGE@Simpson College classroom model. Kielkopf Advisory Services also consults, using the same academic approach, to help teams leverage inherent strategic organizational development components. Facilitated workshops are designed to implement core functions that better manage how teams use competition, collaboration, controls, and creativity.
