  • Launched retail Fiber-to-the-Premise broadband service in a public/private partnership as Indianola, IA Municipal Electric, Water, and Telecom Utility General Manager (2007-2015).  
  • ​Co-managed a community proposal for a $13 million YMCA with a commercial property development; approved by voters.
  • ​Managed $30+ million annual cash flows and WAN/LAN systems as a public-sector and nonprofit CFO and CIO (1995-2007).  
  • Co-managed a successful $22 million expansion of the Daniel Boone Regional Library.​
